About Whiteside Legal
At Whiteside Legal, our team is here to fight alongside you in the pursuit of justice. When you or your loved one has been harmed by someone else’s negligence, you have experienced a trauma. The last thing you want to do is speak to an insurance company. Our experienced team will help guide you through the legal system to hold the wrongdoer accountable. We start with a free and confidential consultation to determine if you have a case and if we can help. If we can help, we sign you up as a client and immediately begin our investigation. Our team will keep you updated each step of the way, and Megan Whiteside will guide you through the legal process from start to finish. Most importantly, you don’t pay us unless we win. Everyone who has been harmed deserves access to the legal system, which is why we work on a contingency fee basis.
